AlarmPlay: Alien Invasion ("AlarmPlay", "we", "us", or "our") is an alarm clock game developed by AlarmPlay. This Privacy Policy explains what information the AlarmPlay app and website handle, and how. We believe privacy should be simple: AlarmPlay is designed to work entirely on your device, and we do not collect, sell, or share your personal information.

By using the AlarmPlay app or visiting our website at alarmplay.com, you agree to the practices described below.

1. The Short Version

• The app collects nothing and sends nothing. All your alarms, settings, and game statistics are stored locally on your own device.
• We do not use advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party SDKs.
• There is no account and no sign-up required to use AlarmPlay.
• The app requires no internet connection for its core alarm features. An internet/App Store connection is only used if you choose to make an optional in-app purchase (and for routine app-download/update delivery via the App Store).

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Because AlarmPlay runs entirely on your device, we do not collect the following:

• Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number, address)
• Your alarm times, schedules, or labels
• Your game statistics, scores, or challenge history
• Precise location data
• Contacts, photos, or messages
• Payment information (the app offers two optional in-app purchases — a one-time lifetime unlock and a monthly subscription. Both are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store; AlarmPlay never sees or stores your payment details)
• Device identifiers used for tracking across apps or websites

3. What Data Exists on Your Device

The app saves certain information locally on your iPhone/iPad so it can function — for example, so your alarms go off and your preferences are remembered. This data includes:

• Alarms you create (time, label, repeat schedule, sound, difficulty)
• Settings (default difficulty, default sound, vibration, emergency exit preference)
• Game statistics (whether you completed, dismissed, or missed alarms)
• Temporary challenge state (in-progress game progress, used for recovery if the app is interrupted)
• Your in-app purchase status (whether you own the lifetime unlock or monthly subscription) — stored locally so the app can reflect what you've purchased

This data is stored only on your device using Apple's built-in storage (SwiftData / UserDefaults). It is never transmitted to us or any third party. Deleting the app from your device removes this data.

4. Notifications and Permissions

AlarmPlay requests permission to send local notifications so it can alert you when an alarm fires. Notifications are generated and delivered by your device itself; no notification data is sent to us. You can disable notifications for the app at any time in your device's Settings.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with anyone. Because the app collects no data, there is nothing to share. Your information is never disclosed to third parties for advertising, marketing, or any other purpose.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

All data lives on your device. You can delete it at any time by:

• Deleting individual alarms within the app, or
• Uninstalling AlarmPlay from your device (which removes all AlarmPlay data)

Since we never receive your data, we hold none of it on our servers, and there is nothing for us to delete.

7. Children's Privacy

AlarmPlay is a simple alarm game suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children or anyone else. Because the app collects no data, no parental consent is required in connection with the app's data practices.

8. Security

The app has no data at risk of interception because no data leaves your device. Your local data is protected by the same security Apple provides for all apps on your device.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy at alarmplay.com/privacy with a new "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
