AlarmPlay: Alien Invasion

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AlarmPlay: Alien Invasion mobile application ("AlarmPlay", "the app") developed by AlarmPlay. By downloading, accessing, or using AlarmPlay, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using AlarmPlay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use AlarmPlay on your own Apple device for your personal, non-commercial use. This license is granted for your use of the app as distributed through the Apple App Store.

The standard Apple End-User License Agreement ("EULA") applies to your use of AlarmPlay through the App Store. You may not copy, modify, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the app or any of its content.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscription

AlarmPlay offers optional paid access through the App Store. All purchases and subscriptions are billed and processed by Apple; AlarmPlay does not collect or store any payment information.

The app is free to try for a 7-day trial. After the trial ends, you may choose to pay for continued access in one of two ways: a one-time $1.99 Lifetime unlock, or an auto-renewable $0.99/month subscription.

• Renewal: The subscription renews automatically each month at the same price until cancelled. Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the start of the next period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel the subscription at any time. To cancel, open your device's Settings, tap your name, select Subscriptions, and turn off auto-renewal for AlarmPlay. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; there are no partial-period refunds from AlarmPlay.
• Trial: A 7-day free trial applies to new subscribers where offered. At the end of the trial, the subscription begins and you will be charged the $0.99/month price unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Price changes: If the subscription price ever changes, you will be notified in advance and asked to agree before the new price takes effect.
• Manage all subscriptions: You can review and manage your subscriptions at any time in your Apple Account's Subscriptions settings. Apple handles billing, renewal, and refund inquiries.

4. Use of the App

• AlarmPlay is provided for personal alarm and scheduling use. You may not misuse the app or interfere with its operation.
• You are responsible for configuring and managing your own alarms and settings.
• AlarmPlay relies on your device's alarm and notification features. We are not responsible if your device settings, power state, or other factors prevent an alarm from sounding or a notification from arriving.

5. Intellectual Property

AlarmPlay and all of its content, including the app's name, logo, artwork, sound, code, and "AlarmPlay: Alien Invasion" branding, are the property of AlarmPlay or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

AlarmPlay is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlarmPlay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app. Your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using AlarmPlay.

You acknowledge that AlarmPlay is an alarm management tool and not a guarantee of waking on time. Please set multiple alarms or use a backup if you rely on your alarm for critical appointments or time-sensitive obligations.

8. Data and Privacy

AlarmPlay collects no personal data and stores all app data locally on your device. Our handling of data is described in full in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms at alarmplay.com/terms with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Contact
